The aircraft, manufactured as part of the annual production schedule, underwent rigorous ground and flight tests before being delivered. A video posted on the company’s official Telegram channel shows the process of preparing the bombers for delivery.
According to Vladimir Artyakov, the first deputy general director of Rostec, the newly delivered Su-34s stand out for their high flight capabilities and precision in destroying enemy targets. “These aircraft are highly sought after by the troops, especially due to their use of precision munitions with planning and correction modules, which have proven highly effective in air defense zones. Rostec understands the urgency of this demand and delivers the aircraft on time,” said Artyakov.
The Su-34 is designed to destroy ground, air, and strategic targets protected by defense systems, even under adverse weather conditions and enemy fire. Equipped with guided and unguided munitions, the bomber can operate in various geographic scenarios, including at night and under challenging weather conditions. In addition to its combat capabilities, the Su-34 also performs aerial reconnaissance missions.
The head of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), Yuri Slyusar, highlighted the company’s commitment to timely deliveries. “We are constantly improving our production processes to increase the pace and volumes. The Novosibirsk factory has proven to be one of the leaders in this process,” said Slyusar.
